Attorney Patrick Hessling

 

Patrick is the President and Managing Attorney of Hessling Law Office.  He grew up in Greenfield and graduated from Marquette University in 1999 (B.A.) and Marquette Law School in 2002 (J.D.).

 

Patrick practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate.  He advises individuals in residential and commercial real estate matters, and holds the unique distinction of being a licensed attorney and real estate broker.  Patrick also handles various probate and estate planning matters including drafting wills, power of attorney documents, trusts, GAL representation and other probate related matters. 

 

Patrick has been selected to the Wisconsin Rising Stars list for 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.  This designation is one given by Thomson Reuters to the state's top up-and-coming attorneys.  In 2015 he was also appointed as a Condemnation Commissioner for Racine County.

 

Patrick resides in Franklin with his wife and three children.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing various sports, and cheering on the local sports teams. He also volunteers his time through Interfaith Southwest Older Adult progams.
